Booking is online only, through GlossGenius, which also sends confirmations and reminders. Walk-ins are not accepted. A deposit is taken upfront to hold each appointment, ranging from $10 to $55 depending on the service. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice by email. The salon may keep up to half the deposit for late cancellations or no-shows. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
The salon is open Monday evenings, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday daytime, and Sunday afternoons. It is closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
