Clients choose the exact style and length they want when they book.

Knotless work is the core of the menu. Island twists, Senegalese and passion twists, Fulani braids and French curly styles are also offered, along with feed-ins, half-down sew-ins, lemonade braids and crochet braids.

Prices are set per style and length. Estimated appointment times are listed for most styles, from about two hours for a half-down sew-in to about ten hours for an extra small knotless braid at knee length. Whether hair is supplied depends on the style, so it is worth checking the listing before booking.

Booking runs Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 9 PM, and the salon is closed Sunday and Monday. Appointments on Esther's day off are possible by request after contacting her, for a $150 fee. The street address is sent in the booking confirmation email. A $20 deposit is due through Cash App within 24 hours of booking or the appointment is cancelled. The deposit is non-refundable and is applied to the total cost. Cash is the only accepted payment, and refunds are not given.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows may mean losing the deposit. Clients must book the exact style they want, since a booked style cannot be switched to another. Every style includes a 15-minute break at noon, all services are recorded, and rushed service is not offered. Extra guests are not allowed unless approved beforehand. Hair should be washed and blow-dried before the visit, left free of product, leave-in conditioner and oil, and not trimmed, as the salon does not provide washing. Esther works alone and does not offer rushed service, and every style includes a set break at midday.
