Each appointment opens with a conversation so clients know what to expect before any service begins. Hair should be about the length of a grain of rice before waxing, and shaving ahead of time is not recommended. Clients using retinols, active topicals or acne medications are asked to stop them seven days before and after brow and facial appointments.

Waxing covers the face, brows, body, and bikini and Brazilian areas. Brazilian and butt strip services are listed for female anatomy only, and bikini services for vulva anatomy only. The Mini Vajacial, priced at $80, combines a cleanse, a Brazilian or full bikini wax, targeted ingrown extractions, a hydrating mask and a balm. Existing clients who have not visited in over a year are asked to book the new client brow wax instead.
