Cuts include a standard haircut and a signature haircut that runs longer and adds a 15-minute deep treatment. Blowouts and cuts both end with a blow-dried style. For color, options range from a single-shade root touch-up and all-over color to traditional partial and full highlights, balayage, heavy highlights for a blonder, dimensional look, and a face-framing piece around the hairline. Color correction and a long all-over platinum blonding session are also offered, and the blonding service asks for a consultation before booking.

Treatments include a keratin service meant to leave hair smooth and silky. Braids are priced per set of three, with additional braids available. Formal Style is event styling on dry hair, with curls, twists, pin-ups or braids; shampoo and blow dry are not included, and extensions cost extra if applied.

Bookings are made through the booking site. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to let Estefani know as soon as possible so it can be rescheduled. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold.
