Este Ash works out of two partner businesses: a space inside Hair Dimensions at 349 Tails Creek Rd in Ellijay, and a space inside Massage Bliss at 2120 Ballground Hwy in Canton. The studio's lash menu covers full sets in classic, hybrid, fairy, volume and mega styles, plus fills from one to four weeks out, lash lifts, tints, color lash add-ins, bottom lashes and removal of lashes applied elsewhere. Fills are timed by how many days have passed since the last visit, and the studio also takes on lashes from other artists when enough of the set remains.

Brow services include brow tinting, brow lamination (which includes waxing, shaping and tint), and brow waxing. The facial menu runs from a basic facial tailored to skin needs, to a dermaplaning facial, a reduced-price first dermaplaning visit, and an acne facial that includes high-frequency treatment and a deep cleanse to clear blackheads, whiteheads and excess oil. A facial reset and glow is available as an add-on to a lash appointment. Waxing covers lip, brow, underarm, arm, full face and bikini.

The business describes itself as allergy, health and comfort conscious. Clients who have reacted to lash adhesive before can book a patch test using Opal Free adhesive, and pre and post-care instructions are texted ahead of the visit. A free 20-minute virtual or in-person skincare consultation is available, with a $200 minimum skincare order required.

Booking policies are set out clearly: cancellations within 12 hours of an appointment and no-shows are each charged a 50% fee, future bookings wait until a missed service is paid and a deposit is sent, and repeated no-shows can lead to a booking ban. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale. Hours are Monday 9 AM to 4:30 PM, Tuesday to Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday 8 AM to 3 PM, with Saturday and Sunday closed.
