Sisters Ninna and Gabrielle founded the salon and run it together as business partners rather than as stylists. They describe the relationship between client and stylist as the most important part of the salon experience, and the business is built around that idea.

About

A visit starts with a consultation, where you talk through what you want and mention any allergies or medical conditions. Stylists explain the process and products before the service and can recommend products afterward. Some requests take more than one visit, and color and highlighting prices can change after the stylist's consultation. Arriving a little early is requested, and at least 24 hours notice is asked for cancellations. Late arrivals are served when possible, though appointments may be rescheduled. Booking the next appointment at checkout is recommended.

Haircut and styling prices are set by stylist level (New, Intermediate and Advanced), with women's cuts starting at $32 at the New level and men's cuts at $25. Color services include all-over and root color, hand-painted balayage, foil highlights, toner, and quick men's grey blending. Balayage is described as lasting 12 to 24 weeks before a refresh, foil highlights about 6 to 10 weeks, and all-over and root color about 4 to 8 weeks. Extensions are tape-in or hand-tied, with the hair sold separately by length and box count, and a consultation comes first. A $30 conditioning treatment can be added to any service.

The salon has a retail area stocked with Aveda products. Unused Aveda products bought at the salon can be exchanged for another product. Guests who arrive early can have a beverage and read fashion magazines while they wait. Only the guest receiving service may be on the styling floor, and other guests wait in reception. Services are not refundable. The salon also offers coaching, mentorship, and business or marketing support for its stylists through its advocates.
