Lash extensions are custom-designed for each client, with style, fullness, length, curl and placement chosen around natural lashes and eye shape. A consultation comes before the first set. Clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. A full set starts at $100 and takes 150 minutes or more. Fills, which are maintenance appointments, start at $55; a fill that wasn't discussed with the provider beforehand may carry an extra $15. A patch test for sensitivity to lash products and adhesive costs nothing and takes 30 minutes, and clients wait 24 to 48 hours after it before booking a full set. Lash lifts, tints and lift-and-tint services are also offered, and the business says lift-and-tint results can last six to eight weeks. Quiet appointments are available as an add-on, with conversation limited to service-related questions.

The nail menu covers acrylic overlays, acrylic sets and fills, gel manicures, Gel-X full sets and fills, structured gel, dip nails, soak-offs and nail repairs, with pricing that starts from $5 for a repair. Classic Old School Frenchies use white tips with pink and clear acrylic, with no gel polish, hand-painted designs or add-ons, and take about 90 minutes for $30. The dry pedicure includes cuticle care, filing and shaping, gel polish, a foot scrub and mask, and a lower leg and foot massage.

Brow services include lamination, which smooths, lifts and sets brow hairs for typically four to six weeks, a brow bundle that combines mapping, lamination, waxing and tinting, plus separate brow waxing and tinting. Facials are built on professional HydroPeptide products. The Classic Facial includes several cleansing steps and a customized mask, and the EC Deluxe Facial adds an extended massage, layered treatments and two customized masks. Dermaplaning removes dead skin cells and fine vellus hair with a sterile surgical blade. Waxing covers the face, underarms, bikini and Brazilian areas, with Brazilian results typically lasting three to five weeks.

Deposits are required for many services, with new clients paying deposits on several appointments. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations forfeit the deposit and incur a charge on the card on file, and no-shows are charged half the full service total. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 or $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Lash extensions are planned around each client's natural lashes and eye shape after a consultation, and a patch test is offered to check for sensitivity to lash products.
