Intimate waxing is a large part of the menu. Brazilian waxing covers the front area, the bikini line and the butt strip, and the extended version adds the stomach strip and inner thighs. Both come in three options. Vajacials are the studio's treatment for the intimate area and also come in three options: one for clients who get frequent ingrowns, thick curly hair or recurring bumps, which is suggested every two to three weeks at first and then every four to six weeks; one for improving dark marks, suggested every three to four weeks for the first few treatments; and one for clients with healthy skin who get regular Brazilians, booked every four to six weeks alongside them.
Visits follow a clear set of rules. First-time guests show ID on arrival, and every client signs a waiver and fills out a form before the appointment. A 10-minute grace period applies for lateness, after which a $15 late fee may apply, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may bring a 35% cancellation fee. Changes are accepted up to 48 hours ahead through the studio or the website; later cancellations are charged 40%. A non-refundable deposit is taken at booking, and the balance is paid in cash, with a $10 fee for card payment. Clients may bring one plus one, and more than two cancellations in a month may lead to a two-month booking ban.
The studio sells gift cards in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Listed hours are Monday and Friday 8 AM to 12 PM, Tuesday through Thursday 8 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 7:30 PM to 9 PM.
Services are grouped by area, with named options for specific needs such as ingrowns and dark marks, and each treatment comes with a suggested rebooking interval.
