Every service is by appointment, and the salon is open seven days a week. New clients book a First Time service so the stylist has time for a full consultation before the appointment. Walk-ins are welcome, and the salon will do its best to fit them in. A stylist matchmaking quiz, which looks at hair type, goals and lifestyle, can pair a client with a stylist, and the salon coordinators can help choose a service or stylist or book an appointment by phone. Confirmations go out by call, text or email about 48 hours ahead. Guests are asked to check in with a coordinator at least 10 minutes before their time. Late arrivals may have their service shortened while full charges still apply. Cancellations and reschedules are requested at least 24 hours in advance, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the booked services to the card on file. A credit card is required to reserve chemical treatments. Clients are asked to share hair conditions, health concerns, allergies, injuries or special circumstances when booking.

Signature offerings include DevaCurl cuts, balayage, Cezanne Smoothing Treatment, Scalp Solutions and EVO Top Drop treatments, and formal styling for weddings, proms and events. Prices are starting rates that may vary by stylist experience level, gratuities are not included, and prices are subject to change. AVEDA+ Rewards members earn points on Aveda purchases, and the salon runs a refer-a-friend program in which both the referrer and the new client receive gift cards after a first visit.

Every haircut and color service begins with a consultation, and hair treatments are customized to each client's hair needs using professional-grade products.
