The HydraFacial has three steps: cleansing with gentle exfoliation, extraction with hydration, and a finishing step with customizable boosters. Chemical peel clients buy peel pads and a glycolic cleanser, a separate cost, and use them for one week before the appointment.

Acupuncture uses sterile, one-time-use needles, and Gua Sha and fire cupping are also offered. Stretching sessions are 20 minutes for $30 or 40 minutes for $50, and a stretching add-on with a massage is $10 per area. Healthy lifestyle and weight loss coaching is available, and free 20-minute consultations can be booked.

Appointments must be booked ahead and a credit card is required to book. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations carry a 50% fee and a 20% gratuity. Memberships run 6 or 12 months and packages are good for one year. Children ages 1 to 13 may have a 30-minute session with a parent in the room, and teens ages 14 to 17 may have a 60- or 90-minute session with a parent in the building and a Minor Consent Form completed in the office. Hours are Monday 10am to 5pm, Tuesday 10am to 3pm, Wednesday and Thursday 10am to 5:30pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 6pm, and Sunday 10am to 3pm.
