Detox, rehab, hospice and skilled nursing facilities can book visits, as can apartments, condos, hotels and resorts. Each of these settings adds its own facility, building or hotel fee to the total. Offices are also served, and groups of several guests can book together. For bookings of six or more, a non-refundable deposit may be requested.

Clients request appointments online, and a team member confirms by call or text. Polish colors are picked from the dip, gel and regular polish color charts shared on Instagram, and color codes go in the booking notes. Appointments run between 8am and 4pm, with an extra $50 for after-hours times. A text reminder is sent 48 hours ahead. The space needs a flat surface, a power outlet, lighting and access to warm water, and if outdoor temperatures would keep gel from curing, the service can move indoors.
