The menu covers brows from $15, a customized facial called For You from $85 that includes LED light therapy and a hand, arm and shoulder massage, and acne treatments from $120. Acne visits begin with a consultation and an initial Acne Boot Camp treatment, followed by a plan for next steps, and clients are asked to buy the recommended at-home care. Lash services start at $130, and there is a 15-minute virtual custom skincare routine consultation for $30 that requires a $15 deposit, with any products purchased separately.
Waxing and sugaring are a large part of the menu. Options include facial waxing, underarm wax, Brazilian waxing in sugar or hard wax, and sugaring for legs, arms, back, and full chest, stomach or strip. Lash lifts and brow laminations are not performed unless the client has OB/GYN clearance, and a note confirming this is required.
Four memberships are offered: a Brow Lami Membership at $120 per six weeks, a Full Maintenance Membership at $485 per six weeks, a Brazilian Membership at $65 per month, and a Facial Membership at $155 per month for monthly customized facials. Members book services as usual on the services page, and membership benefits are applied at checkout in store.
Booking requires a card on file and a non-refundable deposit that counts toward the service total. Each client gets one first-cancellation pass, which lets the deposit move to a reschedule made in the same month. Deposits are not refunded for cancellations or no-call/no-shows, and after a second no-call/no-show a client can no longer book. Facials allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals and other services allow 5 minutes. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients complete forms and waivers beforehand, and silent appointments can be requested. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200, or custom amounts and are final sale.
Treatments are tailored to each client's skin and needs, with acne care starting from a consultation and a plan for at-home follow-up.
