Every new patient starts with a consultation, which costs $300. During that first visit, providers review medical history, concerns, lifestyle, previous treatments, and goals. Depending on the consultation, care may move to lab testing, an initial treatment, or further medical assessment, and some treatments can be done at the same visit if time and candidacy allow. Clients receive a clear explanation of the plan and its costs before treatment begins, and the business says patients are not pressured into anything. Follow-up visits monitor progress and adjust plans, and ongoing supervision is available weekly or monthly, in person or by telehealth. Essential accepts patients at every stage of adulthood, not only those going through menopause.

Essential's medical aesthetics services include neurotoxin treatments with Jeuveau, Botox Cosmetic, or Dysport, and dermal fillers from Allergan, Evolus, or RHA. HydraFacial is also offered. Microneedling comes in RF and Rejuvapen versions, and SmoothGlo pairs IPL with radiofrequency microneedling. Essential does not accept insurance but provides a superbill for insurance, FSA, or HSA submission, and accepts major credit and debit cards. Full payment is due at the time of service unless arranged otherwise, and deposits may be required for some services or packages. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. All services, packages, and gift cards are non-refundable, and the business says it will work with clients who are unhappy with their results, while noting that individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
