The practice is led by owner and lead aesthetician Lori Alessandrini, with Dr. Edward Alessandrini as medical director.

The practice offers a broad range of services in four groups: aesthetic treatments such as facials, peels, microneedling and HydraFacial; cosmetic injections; laser treatments for skin, hair, veins and tattoos; and permanent makeup for brows, lips and eyes. Its laser equipment includes PicoSure, Soprano ICE, Harmony XL Pro and ALMA.

A visit usually begins with a complimentary consultation. Treatment plans are built after a conversation about each person's skin, and first-visit appointments are often available within the same week. Financing is offered, including Cherry payment plans. Consultation requests receive a reply within one business day.

The business founded Project Exodus, a nonprofit that offers tattoo removal at no cost to people who have previously been part of gangs and to people who have served time in prison. To check eligibility, call 704-625-6567. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. Results are not guaranteed and can differ from one person to another.
