Beyond color, the studio offers women's, men's and kids' haircuts, eyebrow shaping, blowouts, perms and spirals, keratin and Brazilian Blowout treatments, and deep hair mask treatments. The owner has also expanded into hair for destination weddings and on-site wedding venues.

Appointments are requested through an online form on the services page, and inquiries get a reply within 24 hours. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a service, and payments made within 24 hours of a service are non-refundable. Clients can pay by PayPal, Venmo, major credit or debit cards, or by scanning a Venmo QR code. Between appointments, the studio offers a free clean-up cut and advice on keeping hair healthy.
