Services are non-refundable otherwise. Celebrations or gatherings of more than 4 people require a non-refundable cash deposit. Major credit cards are accepted except American Express, and personal checks are not accepted. Gift cards have no expiration date, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
