Deposits are required to book and are non-refundable. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with 12 hours' notice to receive a $50 credit toward a future visit; same-day cancellations, reschedules and no-shows forfeit the deposit. The spa reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel appointments. Bookings and changes can be handled through the spa's app or by phone.
