Each visit starts with a skin analysis and consultation, which can include AI skin analysis, and ends with a treatment plan and a home-care plan. Facials are never pre-set; each one is customized, and the studio suggests returning every four to six weeks. Some treatments and products may be patch tested first. Clients with conditions such as rosacea, or who take medications that affect the skin, should disclose them at consultation so treatment can be adjusted.

The facial menu includes the Customized Signature Facial (60 minutes, hands-on with no machines, from $125), the Customized Advanced Corrective Facial (75 to 90 minutes, $185) and the Deluxe Customized Facial (90 to 120 minutes, $225, combining several advanced treatments). Individual treatments include dermaplaning, extractions, advanced HydraFacial, chemical peels, LED light therapy, hydrating masks, microdermabrasion, enzymes and high frequency. Full-body waxing is also offered. The studio states that dermaplaning does not make hair grow back thicker or darker.

Booking terms: individual special occasion bookings take a $35 non-refundable deposit, with the balance due at the service. Groups of five or more need a $300 non-refundable group deposit, and the remaining balance is due 48 to 72 hours before the service. Final group pricing is confirmed at booking. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours notice, and late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
