Extensions come in three methods. Contour Links, a weft method dating from 2007, attaches with neither glue nor tape. Flex Links also uses wefts, but the attachment sits inside the weft, and clients need to prepare ahead of their appointment. Silk Links places extensions strand by strand, suits lighter everyday wear, and is the most expensive of the three; its signature individual service is priced from $950. Flex and Silk Links are tailored to each client. The salon's in-house Modern Hair Solutions line, available since 2014, is made from 100% Remy virgin hair with origins in Vietnam, Brazil, Peru, Eurasia and India. According to the salon, the bundles are unprocessed, cuticle-aligned and hand-selected.

Beyond hair, the salon offers facials for basic, oily, dry or mature, and acne-prone skin, using Rubia Cosmetics products, which the salon describes as clean and plant-based. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms and legs, and can be done in soft or hard wax depending on the area. Makeup ranges from a 30-minute express application to a full glam service. Men's services include beard and mustache trims, a shampoo, cut and blow-dry, beard color, and maintenance for men's hair replacement using the Aero system. Women's hair replacement uses the Full Crown Bond System, an adhesive installation for full-coverage units.

Booking and pricing run through the Vagaro portal, and a card on file is needed to secure appointments. Regular services need 24 hours' notice to cancel, while extensions, keratin treatments and color services need three days. Late cancellations are charged $55 per reserved hour, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged the full service cost. Cancellations can be made by phone or text.
