The space is clean, modern and spa-like. Services are grouped into manicure and pedicure options, nail enhancements, head spa treatments and a la carte work, which covers removals, waxing and repairs.
Spa manicures come in three levels. The On the Glow Express manicure at $25 covers nail shaping, cuticle care, a brief hand massage and regular polish. The Milk & Honey manicure at $35 adds a bath soak, a hydrating hand mask, a warm towel wrap and a butter hand massage. The Luxe manicure at $45 includes a rose soak, a hand mask, a choice of warm paraffin or collagen gloves, a butter hand massage and polish, and gel polish can be added for $20.
Head spa packages are priced by session length. The Intro Package is $75 for 50 minutes, Refresh is $125 for 75 minutes and Renew (Premium) is $155 for 90 minutes. Treatments include aromatherapy, scalp exfoliation, scalp massage and a blow-dry. The Intro Package carries a $10 extra charge for longer hair, and a basic smooth blow-dry can be added for $15. The head spa blow-dry is basic only, as blowouts, cuts and styling are not offered.
Nail design pricing varies by complexity and quantity and is set by each artist, with quotes available on request. Prices may also vary by nail length, shape, product use or added services. Clients with allergies or sensitivities are asked to tell staff about product allergies before their session. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and no-shows may be charged 50 to 100% of the scheduled amount. Clients arriving more than 10 to 15 minutes late may need to shorten, modify or reschedule. Completed services are not refundable, and concerns should be raised within 48 hours for reasonable adjustments.
