Guests should know a few house rules before booking. Only one guest is allowed in the wax room per appointment, and children are not permitted there. Bikini services are for guests at least 18 years old. Younger guests need parental consent and a parent or guardian present. Services are available during the menstrual cycle, and tampons are required for Brazilian waxing during a period.
Memberships run for six months and cover areas such as brows, underarms, lower legs, bikini, Brazilian and smooth legs. Membership benefits are applied automatically at in-store checkout when a guest books through the Services page. The studio does not offer Manzilian or any male bikini services.
Cash, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and tap to pay are accepted, and a 2.5% fee applies to card payments made through the POS system. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead, or as early as possible by contacting the studio. A 10-minute grace period applies, and late arrivals can be rescheduled.
