Treatments are overseen by nursing staff, and clients are consulted by an advanced practice registered nurse who works with them on what they want.

Before any service, a licensed nurse practitioner reviews the client's medical history, current medications and allergies to confirm the client is a suitable candidate for the chosen treatment. The consultation is 30 minutes and costs $50.

Botox injections are offered for fine lines and wrinkles, and IV drips and vitamin injections are also available. Numbing agents can be added for clients who want more comfort during a treatment; those clients are asked to arrive 15 to 20 minutes early. The spa does not currently offer filler treatments.

Cancellations made at least 4 hours before an appointment carry no penalty. Late arrivals are accommodated where possible, and the appointment may be rescheduled if it does not conflict with another client's booking. Purchased treatments are not refunded, but store credit is given, and a treatment can be exchanged for one of equal or lower value, or upgraded by paying the difference.
