Pedicures are a major part of the menu, with sixteen named spa options priced from $35 to $99. Several of the higher-priced options add paraffin, a hot stone massage or steaming. Massage time is part of the pedicure service and is not counted in its total length.

The design menu is built around a lookbook of over 700 designs. Clients can browse it, show a design to their technician on their phone, or send design codes to the salon before the visit. Some designs are made in-house by the salon's technicians and are labeled that way, while others are inspiration credited to outside nail artists and recreated by the technician. Clients can also send an inspiration photo before the visit to talk through length, shape, design and price. Results vary with nail length and shape.

Nail extensions come in Gel X, builder gel, acrylic powder and dipping powder, with prices starting at $45. Under the salon's guarantee, a client who phones within seven days of a service can get no-cost fixes for nails that lift, chip, peel or crack because of how they were applied.
