The menu is built around gel-based work. Gel-x full sets come in short, medium and long lengths, and base prices apply before any designs. Full set nail art is added to an appointment as a 30-minute service for full sets with a design on every nail. Pedicures include a basic option and a paraffin version, where gel polish is an extra $5. Polish changes and soak-offs are also offered, with soak-offs done only on nails the studio has applied.

Booking comes with a few conditions. Clients who want a specific design are asked to send inspiration photos before the appointment time. Arriving 15 minutes late without notice cancels the booking automatically, and cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice carries a $20 charge to the card on file. Builder gel fills booked more than four weeks after the last visit are priced as overlays. The studio recommends no more than three weeks between Gel-x fills, and it does not work over other technicians' work or remove acrylic. Payment is by card, tap or cash only.

Hours vary through the week: Monday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Thursday and Friday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. The studio is closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.
