The name Ero Edge is derived from the word eros. The business describes itself as a collective of Utah artists it considers among the most sought-after in the state, and as a standard for beauty in Salt Lake City.

Services cover cosmetic tattooing, brows, lashes, skincare, waxing and laser treatments. Payment plans are also offered.

Appointments are booked online through Vagaro. Cosmetic tattoo sessions require a non-refundable 20% deposit, which is deducted from the total cost of the session. Booking an appointment means agreeing to the shop policies.

Cancelling forfeits the deposit. Rescheduling needs at least 48 hours' notice; otherwise the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is needed to rebook. A no-show without notice forfeits the deposit and carries a charge of 50% of the appointment cost. Arriving more than 20 minutes late forfeits the deposit and requires a new one to rebook.
