The menu covers haircuts and styling for women, men and teens, with color work that includes glossing, root retouches and full single process color. For lighter or more dimensional looks, the studio offers hairline highlights and lowlights, partial and full foil highlights, and balayage, including a balayage with shadow root. Treatments include express keratin, keratin treatments sized to shoulder length, a deep conditioning treatment, and a 75 minute scalp wellness treatment that includes a scalp, hand and arm massage, deep conditioning and a blow dry. Perms and spiral perms are also available.

Bridal and special occasion work is a major part of the menu. Options include a bridal trial, a bridal deposit, bride styling, on-site styling for a bride or bridesmaid, junior bridesmaid styling for children under 10, a bridal blow out, and up or down special occasion styling. Off-site styling is available with a travel fee starting at $60, which covers up to 50 miles round trip, with an added $0.75 per mile beyond that. Makeup application, brow tinting and waxing, and hair extension reinstalls (priced after a consultation) are also offered.

Booking policies are worth reading before a visit. Refunds are not issued for services rendered, but clients who contact the studio within 7 days of a service can have it redone or adjusted at no extra cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full price. Appointments can be cancelled if the client arrives 10 minutes late. A credit card must be kept on file, and no-show and rebooking fees are charged to it automatically. A $3 card fee applies to chemical services.

The studio also accepts hair donations for wigs for kids, with a men's donation service at $15 and a women's at $25.
