Erin Does Hair is run by Erin, who works alone as the stylist at the studio. It operates inside Sombra Salon at the East Semoran Blvd address in Apopka. Salon appointments are held on Friday and Saturday only and are booked by appointment. Virtual consultations are sometimes offered during the week, depending on need and availability.

Every visit begins with a consultation covering the client's hair history, goals, the upkeep they can expect, budget and the plan for getting there. The color is planned before any is applied. Results depend on starting color, past chemical services, hair condition, texture, density, maintenance and the goals agreed on, so a virtual consultation may be required before significant color changes, corrective color, major transformations or extensions. Appointments are one-on-one, and clients can choose whether they want conversation or quiet during their time in the chair.

The color menu includes Blonde, The Modern Muse, a custom balayage tailored to the client's coloring, hair texture and lifestyle for $425, The Lifestyle Blonde, a full highlight transformation for brighter, dimensional blonde with a soft grow-out for $475, and The Silver Siren, which softens grown-out color into gray or enhances natural silver for $585. Cuts and rituals include The Precision Cut Ritual, a personalized refresh with scalp and strand care for $215, and The Curly Cut Ritual, a sculpting service that enhances natural curl pattern for $270. Pricing is service-based and discussed at consultation or booking, and extra services, formulas or treatments may add time and cost, which are discussed beforehand where possible. Gallery work includes hand-painted balayage, color correction, curly bobs, vivid color and copper or auburn transformations.

Booking requires a card on file and a 50% deposit applied to the service total, which is non-refundable. Bookable times are listed on Square, and a waitlist is available for openings. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking. Late arrivals may have services shortened, rescheduled or cancelled, with additional charges possible. Gratuity is not accepted, so the price shown is the price paid. Guests, friends, family and children are not permitted unless approved.
