Lash extensions come in classic, hybrid and volume styles. Clients can book a first set, a refill, or a mini set, and removal is offered as well. A classic full set uses about 60 lashes per eye and takes 60 to 75 minutes, while a classic mini set uses 30 to 40 lashes per eye and takes 45 to 60 minutes. The studio does not count lashes in advance; the number applied depends on the appointment time and the look the client wants. If fewer than 10 lashes remain on each eye, the visit is booked as a new full set rather than a refill. Lash extensions are sourced from Japan, Korea and the U.S.

On the skin side, a 60-minute facial includes massage of the face and décolleté, and a 50-minute peel session is also available. A post-peel kit can be added for $15. A free skin care consultation helps clients choose a regimen. The studio sells Image brand skin care at discounted prices and ships skin care products to clients who cannot come in.

The studio says its skin care products are made with safe, proven ingredients and botanicals. Clients who book lashes are asked to avoid mascara and eye makeup before the appointment and to limit caffeine, and to keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours afterward and avoid oil-based eye makeup remover. Cancellations and rescheduling need 24 hours notice, or a $50 fee applies.
