The menu is grouped into facials, hair removal, and lashes and brows. The facials range from a 30-minute Express visit focused on a client's main concern, to a 60-minute Traditional Facial that suits a first facial or regular upkeep, to Exhale, a 90-minute treatment with breath work, scented towels, and massage of the face, head, neck, shoulders, upper back and upper chest. Exhale was previously called Spa-ahhh. Clients can also choose a facial by skin goal, such as redness and sensitivity, acne and blemishes, aging and firmness, dark spots, dryness, or texture. A six-session micro peeling package is offered at $700, with each session about 20 minutes and weekly sessions at first, and a consultation is required before booking it. A seasonal Pumpkin Cheesecake Facial is also listed.

Hair removal covers underarms, bikini lines, the back, the Brazilian area (offered for female anatomy only), and facial areas including brows, lip, chin and sideburns. Waxing uses soft and hard waxes and a soy-based product that works like soft wax. Hair should be at least a quarter inch long and is not trimmed beforehand. Eyebrow and lash tinting can cover gray or match brows to hair color, and tinting does not stain skin where there is no hair.

Guests receive a Guest Enhancement Form before a visit to note preferences such as music and scent, and a complimentary consultation can be added to a first visit. Free parking is available behind the building, and more is in the nail salon lot two doors down. Gift certificates are available, and skincare products can be bought online through the Fresha booking page.

Treatments are tailored to each client, with each step explained during the visit and aftercare and future plans discussed before the client leaves. The aim is healthier, glowing skin and a lighter feeling after each visit.
