Blonding is organized around custom appointments. Each one is booked based on the client's current color and the result they want, with time blocks from one hour for a micro service up to eight hours or more for an all-day transformation. Starting prices are given for each block, and the final cost can rise if more time or product is needed. Olaplex, K18 and Bioprogramming are included in the cost of all blonding and color services, and clients can add a Platinum Programming treatment or an extra hour of Deluxe blonding for longer or heavier work.

New clients begin with an in-person consultation to confirm the service is a good fit, and they need a Clarifying Treatment before their first color service. Existing clients are asked to have a Clarifying Treatment at least once a year. An intake form must be completed before any blonding or extension booking.

Extensions include beaded rows, tape-in and keratin bonds, with installs and move-ups priced by method and number of rows or sections. The salon also teaches: it offers look and learn classes, hands-on classes, private classes, shadow days, social media sessions and a monthly membership for stylists.

The salon works from a consultation-first, education-led approach, matching each service to the client's hair history and goals.
