The nail menu is built around acrylic, poly gel and Gel-X sets, priced by design tier. Basic sets and fills start at $63 for acrylic and $78 for poly gel, and simple or French designs start at $88 for acrylic and $98 for poly gel. Fuller designs and complex work cost more, starting at $133 for acrylic Tier 2 and $163 for acrylic Tier 3, with the final Tier 3 price depending on time and complexity. Character art is quoted separately after a clear reference photo is reviewed, starting at $38 for a simple cartoon face or head, $53 for a detailed cartoon or anime face, and $68 for full-body or highly detailed characters. Freestyle sets are offered on Fridays only, starting at $123, with a custom design chosen by the technician in one shape, square or coffin.

Other nail services include manicures and natural nail care from $39, which covers men's manicures, basic gel, basic structured gel and Tier 1 to Tier 3 designs. Spa pedicures start at $48 and include a men's basic spa, a basic spa, a jelly pedicure, and acrylic or poly gel pedicures. Dry toe services start at $56 and do not include a foot soak, callus care, exfoliation or foot massage. Matching combo sets pair a hand service with a dry gel pedicure in matching designs from $96. Soak-offs start at $10 for removing sets applied by the business, and work done elsewhere can be removed as a foreign soak-off, which may take longer if MMA or hard products are present.

Hair services include sleek ponytails using extensions from $98, about 120 minutes or more, and knotless braids from $223, about 215 minutes or more. Braid hair is included only in colors 1, 1B, #4 and #27. Clients need clean hair for both services: braid hair must be washed and blow-dried with at least 4 inches of length all around, and ponytail hair must be clean, dry and free of product, with bundles washed and dried before the appointment. Knotless braids must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

Booking requires a $30 non-refundable retainer per service along with completed forms for approval. Cancellations and rescheduling need 48 hours' notice, and changes within 48 hours or no-shows incur a 50% charge and a new retainer. Late arrivals have a 7-minute grace period, after which a $15 late fee applies if service goes ahead, and at 10 minutes late the service may be shortened or canceled. Payment is taken in person, fees are charged to the card on file, and all payments are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Early appointments from 6 to 9 AM add $50 and evening appointments from 8 PM to midnight add $30.

Simpler designs keep the price that was booked, and upgrades are added only when time allows. Sets cannot be switched to a different product during the visit.
