Every service starts with a consultation. Specialists look at skin type, goals and comfort level before recommending a treatment plan, and facial frequency is set at that visit, typically every four to six weeks. Laser specialists also assess the skin before every session.

The facial menu includes Signature Facials, customized visits of roughly 60 to 90 minutes that usually include deep cleansing, exfoliation, targeted serums and a finishing mask. Other facial options are ExoNad Peeling, Skin Refinement Treatment and the Oxygen Treatment, a facial that delivers oxygen and serums to hydrate and brighten the skin and is designed for all skin types. Body Care is a non-invasive, personalized program for contouring, skin texture or firmness, and Wellness & Body Optimization is a structured program with ongoing monitoring, lifestyle guidance, check-ins and progress tracking.

Laser hair removal covers the underarms, upper leg, lower leg and Brazilian bikini. Sessions are typically spaced four to six weeks apart and most areas take only a few minutes. The laser devices include cooling technology for comfort. Most clients see smooth, visible results in 6 to 10 treatments, depending on skin type, hair color and area. Monthly memberships cover one area and include one session a month over a 10-month commitment; memberships are signed in person after a consultation rather than bought online, and touch-up sessions may be recommended afterward since hair can regrow. The office is open Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, with Saturday visits by appointment only. Facial and laser clients must be at least 18.
