Electrolysis appointments are charged according to length, with options from 15 to 90 minutes, and longer sessions can also be booked. Clients who reserve a package of five to nine sessions receive a 10% discount. The studio works with Silhouet-Tone equipment and uses disposable probes. Thermocoagulation can be added to a session to treat minor skin concerns including skin tags, cherry angiomas, milia, sebaceous hyperplasia and broken capillaries. After electrolysis, an optional Post-Care Recovery Boost add-on is offered to soothe redness and add moisture to the skin.

The skincare menu includes three tiered Bespoke Facials, each starting with a full skin analysis, and acne and brightening versions of those facials. Higher tiers add hydrofacials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microcurrent, chemical peels, microchanneling and plasma-based treatments, with products adjusted to the client's needs. Advanced treatments such as microneedling, CryoLift, fibroblast plasma lift, scalp microchanneling for hair restoration and Cryo Lean 360 body contouring are provided under the supervision of a Licensed Medical Director. Several of these require a consultation first.

The studio is described as clean, with a discreet and relaxing atmosphere. It is open by appointment only, six days a week from 9am to 7pm, and closed on Sundays.
