The salon's stated aim is a calm, spa-style visit with attentive, friendly staff. The space has Contego pedicure-spa chairs, painted 3D walls and a running water feature, and a ventilation system that clears fumes and dust.

Hygiene is a central part of how the salon describes its work. Each pedicure uses a new disposable foot spa system called the Disposable Pedicure Jet, which the salon says is patented and the only one of its kind. Tools are sterilized or thrown away after a single use, and other implements are disinfected in an EPA-registered hospital-grade solution and sealed in a sanitation pouch. The salon states that it holds itself to the highest cleanliness and sterilization standard in the industry.

The Epic pedicure and manicure line is tiered. The classic option is $53, the spa version adds a honey sugar scrub and warm towel finish for $63, the deluxe version adds warm paraffin for $73, and the signature version adds a hot stone massage for $83. Epic Princess at $34 covers shaping, cuticle care and hydration, and a lower arm or leg and hand or foot massage. The Spa Pedi and Mani Combo is $63.

Nail enhancements include regular acrylic, pink acrylic, clear UV gel, pink UV gel and ombre acrylic, as full sets or fill-ins, along with dip powder and repairs. The salon describes its Organic Dip Powder as non-toxic, odor-free and non-yellowing. Clients are asked to tell their technician about any medical conditions or nail concerns before service, and the salon may decline a service if a condition prevents it from being done safely. All services are non-refundable, tips are accepted in cash only, and clients who arrive 10 to 15 minutes late without notice may be moved to the next customer. If a client is not fully satisfied, the salon says it will try to make things right.
