The clinic describes its approach as pairing technology with experienced providers to build individualized, multi-layered treatment plans. Core providers have worked together for about 20 years. Ongoing education is part of the practice, and providers regularly take advanced training and certification programs.

A visit usually starts with a complimentary, comprehensive consultation before any first treatment. Providers look at hydration levels and lifestyle habits as well as the area being treated. Bespoke plans may combine neuromodulators, fillers and laser technology adjusted to each person's anatomy. The team also helps clients sort out which treatments are needed once a year and which are needed monthly to keep results, and progress is tracked with imaging and clinical assessments, with plans adjusted over time.

Services span aesthetic treatments for the face, body, skin and hair; pelvic and sexual wellness treatments offered to men and women; and wellness services including red light therapy with oxygen sauna, bodywork and therapeutic massage, peptide therapy, pain and injury recovery, mental wellness and cognitive support, and intimate health. Clients who want ongoing care can join a Care Plan program that moves through three phases: correct and build, support and strengthen, and maintain and optimize.

The clinic is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9am to 6pm and Friday through Saturday from 9am to 3pm. Financing is available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later company. Cherry offers 0% APR plans subject to eligibility as well as interest-bearing plans, and according to its financing page the interest-bearing APRs start as low as 5.99%. Cherry says it does not run hard credit checks when applying.
