Services are grouped into cutting, color and finish. Cutting, which includes a wash and blowdry, runs from $65 to $100. Color services start at $60 for a color balance or gloss toner and at $200 for partial balayage or partial foil highlights, with full balayage and full highlights starting at $225. Smaller placements such as a money piece or hairline highlight are $15 per foil. A quick blowout is included with color services to clear away water and show the result. A longer finish blowdry is a separate charge, starting at $65, or $55 when booked with a color service, or $50 as an add-on finish to allow time for styling after color. Keratin treatments start at $350. The salon notes that some looks may need extra processes or bundled color services.

New clients are encouraged to book a 15-minute color consultation. Clients who cannot come in can email a current photo of their hair in natural light, along with photos of the look they want. Booking requires a credit card. Changes need 24 hours notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the service to the card on file. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the service cannot be provided, and a cancellation fee may apply, even if the client calls ahead. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 10am to 8pm, Thursday 8am to 8pm, Friday 10am to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 6pm, with the salon closed Sunday and Monday.

Hairo products are designed so a hairdresser can combine them into a custom solution for each client.
