Most brow visits begin with a cleanse and a custom map, so the shape is planned around each client's own features. Brow options range from a quick tweeze or wax to lamination combined with a hybrid tint. Lash lifts and tints can be booked alone or paired with brow work. Lip blushing is a semi-permanent tattoo that places custom blended pigment into the lips and along the lip line. A consultation is required first, and its fee is applied to the total if the client continues. A touch-up is offered six to eight weeks after the first session, and clients with hyperpigmentation may need more than one touch-up.

Policies are set out clearly. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours of notice, and shorter notice carries a fee of half the service. Deposits are non-refundable but can move to a future appointment if the client cancels or reschedules within the allowed window. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full service.
