Primary care covers annual wellness exams, urgent care for conditions that are not life-threatening, telehealth visits for minor concerns and follow-ups, and affordable visits for sick visits, blood work and chronic conditions. Urgent care wait times are usually under 30 minutes, and same-day appointments are offered when available.

The IV infusion menu includes options such as Hydration, Myer's Cocktail, Glutathione, High Dose Vitamin C, Immunity, NAD+, Migraine & Headache, Hangover, Jet Lag, Food Poisoning, Energy & Focus, ENVY Lean, Albumin, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Glow & Grow, and a sinusitis, allergy and rash infusion. Infusions typically take about 1.5 hours depending on the treatment, and the provider reviews recent bloodwork and has a consultation before recommending one. The clinic says its IV therapy delivers nutrients with nearly full absorption. IM booster shots include vitamins, amino acid blends and other nutrient options such as Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12, Glutathione, Taurine, CoQ10, Biotin, Glycine, Lysine, LipoStat, Tri-Immune and BCAAs.

Aesthetic medicine starts with a consultation. Treatments include Rejuran, a PDRN-based skin treatment; Xeomin and Micro-Toxin for lines and skin texture; Radiesse+, Belotero Balance+ and Sculptra fillers; Exceed Microneedling; Ariessence Pure PDGF+, which can be combined with microneedling; exosome treatment; PDO smooth and lift threads; Customized K-Beauty Skin Boosters personalized after an evaluation; ENVY Firm & Glow, a facial using HYSONIC technology; and Sofwave, a non-invasive skin tightening treatment for fine lines and wrinkles that takes about 30 to 45 minutes and typically needs one to two sessions. The Sofwave listing notes no downtime, with daily skin care resumed right after treatment. Medical weight loss includes a weekly GLP-1 injection within a plan that starts with a $90 consultation, bloodwork and routine follow-up, and typically runs one to three months or longer if needed.

Patients pay on a self-pay basis, and most services are not covered by insurance. PPO insurance is accepted only for lab bloodwork, and the card must be presented in person. The clinic has no billing department and does not handle insurance billing or reimbursement. The ENV.I.P. membership is $39 per month with a three-month minimum, or $418 for a prepaid year, and gives members discounts on IV therapy, booster shots, aesthetic treatments and primary care visits, along with priority booking. Active-duty military, veterans, firefighters, paramedics, law enforcement and search and rescue personnel may receive 10% off services with valid identification, subject to terms and exclusions.
