The salon has specialized in haircuts, blonding, babylights and gray coverage for 25 years, and its specialties are multi-dimensional highlights and gray coverage.
The salon says its mission is to leave clients feeling beautiful and refreshed, and that its team works to raise the standards of the cosmetology field through integrity and continuing education. It also states that its sanitation practices go beyond nationwide standards for the industry, and that it was named a top salon in Baltimore in 2016.
Visits begin with a complimentary consultation. Services range from haircuts and color to lightening, specialty color, styling and alternative hair, and a private suite can be requested at booking for an added fee. Free espresso and herbal, green or black tea are offered. Clients can book by texting the salon, and new clients are accepted when booking two months ahead. Appointments need to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Parking is free and covered in the garage behind P.F. Chang's and the movie theater, with entry through the Nordstrom doors. Benches are placed outside the salon for early arrivals. Children under 12 are welcome when they are receiving services. The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday 10 am to 8 pm, Friday 10 am to 3 pm and Saturday 9 am to 2 pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
