A visit usually begins with a consultation or follow-up, each free of charge and lasting 20 minutes. Prescription services require a consultation with a licensed provider first. Neurotoxin treatments take under 30 minutes and involve a few small injections, while dermal filler procedures typically run 30 minutes to an hour.

The menu includes neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify and Jeuveau), hyaluronic acid dermal fillers for the lips, cheeks, chin, jawline and nasolabial folds, microneedling, chemical peels, microcurrent facials, LED light therapy, express and deluxe facials, lash extensions and hydrodermabrasion. The website says details for lash extensions and hydrodermabrasion are still to come.

Pregnant or nursing clients are not eligible for neurotoxin or dermal filler treatments. Clients are asked to avoid alcohol for 24 hours before neurotoxin injections, to stop Retin-A, tretinoin and retinoids for three days before neurotoxin or filler treatments, and to avoid sun exposure after microneedling and chemical peels until skin has healed. Affirm payment plans are available, subject to an eligibility check.
