Booking begins with a concierge review, in which stylists look over a client's history, preferences and goals before the visit. Amy runs the front desk, handles bookings and client communication, matches clients to stylists and personally confirms appointments. Every service is quoted before it starts, and the final figure depends on hair length, density and how long the service takes. Clients can request a preferred stylist or choose no preference, in which case the salon matches them by service, requested time and a hair assessment. If the preferred stylist is unavailable, the booking shows the next open time with them or a same-day option with another stylist. First-time guests pay a small deposit that is applied to the final bill and can be refunded with 48 hours notice.

Keratin Complex is the salon's signature smoothing treatment, customized to each hair type. The keratin service takes about 2.5 to 3 hours in the chair, and its intensity is set at the consultation. Color services use professional Schwarzkopf and Redken formulas. The professional products used during services are not sold in the shop.

The salon is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 8 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and it is closed Sundays and Mondays. Parking is behind the salon, and street parking is available nearby.
