Extensions are semi-permanent synthetic lashes placed one extension to one natural lash, using a waterproof bonding agent and medical grade adhesive. A full set usually takes 1.5 to 2 hours, and clients are asked to block two hours for a first application. The lower lashes are covered during application, and soft ambiance music plays in the room. Touch-ups average about 45 minutes and are recommended every two to three weeks.

The studio says its technicians are thoroughly trained, that they are trained by experts with medical backgrounds, and that each client has a personal profile to help keep service consistent. It also notes that it is not FDA regulated for eyelash extensions, since the extensions attach to natural lashes and do not touch the skin. Extensions can be worn with contact lenses.

Clients are asked to remove makeup, wear comfortable clothing, take out contacts and silence phones before arriving. The studio advises against oil-based or waterproof mascara and mechanical eyelash curlers while wearing extensions. Cancellations or changes need at least 12 hours notice, or 24 hours for two or more people, to avoid a fee; a no-show or shorter-notice cancellation carries a fee of 50% of the service charge, payable before rebooking. Guests more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and late arrivals may receive a shorter appointment with no fee. Children are only allowed in the salon while an adult is receiving a service, and no child under 12 may accompany an adult during a service. The studio does not offer childcare.
