The menu covers customizable facials in several lengths, dermaplaning, chemical peels in three strengths, microdermabrasion, brow lamination and waxing, and acne bootcamp programs. The Intensive 3-Month Bootcamp is seven sessions over 90 days: one initial consultation and treatment plan, then six bi-weekly or monthly acne treatments, with an optional micro-channeling add-on. It can be paid in four installments. Homecare products are not included and run an additional $200 or more. The Maintenance Package is for existing bootcamp clients and includes three monthly acne treatments, with product refreshes or upgrades at 10% off. The microdermabrasion page notes that visible change may take 6 to 12 treatments. The Chemical Peel Tier 1 is a mild option with minimal to no downtime and suits first-time peel clients. Tier 2 is medium strength, and light peeling or flaking may occur. A four-session peel package is available for skin types and concerns other than acne, and a consultation with a licensed professional is required before buying it, booked through the Custom 60 facial. The Barrier Repair Reset is designed for compromised, irritated, over-exfoliated or sensitized skin. The Dermaplane 60 and the Deluxe Facial, which combines dermaplaning and nano-needling and is not for first-time clients, are other signature options. Booking requires a card number to secure the appointment, and a non-refundable deposit is due at booking and applied to the service. Clients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete a questionnaire; a delay of more than 15 minutes cancels the appointment. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice incur a 50% fee that cannot be applied to future services, and a no-call or no-show is charged the full booked price. With at least 24 hours notice, clients can request a refund or move the deposit to a future appointment. Service issues should be reported within 48 hours, guests are only allowed if they are also receiving a service, and clients should review the More Info section of each service before booking. Skincare products can be purchased through the booking pages, and digital gift cards from $15 to $200 can be used toward any service or product.
