Massage therapy is the core of the menu. Holistic Massage Therapy comes in 60, 75 or 90 minute sessions for $95, $110 or $125, and can include trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue work and stretching. Other styles include Swedish, Lomi Lomi, athletic or sports massage, prenatal and postpartum massage, baby massage, CranioSacral Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Reiki, mehndi (henna), and chair massage in 15 or 25 minute sessions are also available, and the studio brings its services to events.
Body work centers on the Deep Moor Firming Ritual, a 90 minute full-body treatment at $150 that combines dry brushing with a warm moor and herbal wrap. Body measurements are taken before and after, with optional progress photos. Targeted Deep Moor Firming Mini Rituals for the arms, legs or midsection are $50 each. Phenomenally Me is a body contouring program that the studio says aims to tone and firm, move stagnant lymph, smooth the look of cellulite and support collagen production. It is recommended as two sessions a week over three weeks or three a week over two weeks, includes time in an infrared sauna blanket, and begins with a complimentary in-person consultation, since certain medical conditions may rule it out. Progress is tracked with before and after photos and measured assessments.
Appointments are by booking only, with no walk-ins, and can be made online at any time. A card secures every appointment, even when a gift certificate is used, and first-time appointments are not booked by phone or text. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice; later cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service price, and late arrivals generally do not receive the full appointment time. Clients undress to their comfort level and may stay clothed for Manual Lymphatic Drainage, CranioSacral Therapy or Reiki. Medical intake forms are required before the first massage or energywork visit and are updated yearly. Clients may request a specific massage therapist. Classes and workshops require a reservation and prepayment because of small class sizes. The studio accepts major credit cards, cash, and FSA and HSA cards, and does not bill insurance directly but provides a receipt for reimbursement.
