Hair color is done with Oway, an Italian biodynamic, ammonia-free line, and Innersense Color Purity, which is free of ammonia, PPD, PTD and resorcinol and comes in more than 40 shades. The salon says it is one of the few in Warrenton carrying both lines and that every color service is ammonia-free and low-toxin. A complimentary consultation comes before color, where final pricing is set based on hair length, density and goals. Balayage, partial and full highlights, and color correction are all offered, with color correction priced at consultation.

Scalp and hair care is a large part of the menu. Each scalp treatment starts with a scalp analysis, and the tricho-analyzer scalp analysis is the first step before a treatment plan. Treatments for dryness, oiliness, dandruff, sensitivity and irritation are $75 per session and are usually done as a series of six, eight or ten. Hair loss and thinning sessions follow a set order: scalp analysis, cleansing and exfoliation, treatment and massage, then a home care plan. The salon describes this work as cosmetic scalp care rather than medical treatment, and it advises checking with a doctor for sudden or significant hair loss, since some causes are medical. Scalp treatments are described as color-safe and can be booked with a haircut, color or head spa.

The salon offers head spa sessions for one guest at a time, each beginning with a tailored consultation and scalp analysis. Three options are available: Revitalize, a one-hour session at $175; Bliss, a 90-minute session at $225, which the salon recommends for first-time guests and for people dealing with hair loss, inflammation or long-term scalp concerns; and Transcend, a three-hour head spa paired with a haircut at $325. Each session moves through cleansing and exfoliation, herbal steam, scalp massage and an extended period of relaxation, using herbs blended for the individual, and finishes with advice for care at home. According to the salon, head spa is safe for colored or chemically treated hair, but it should not be booked on the same day as a color appointment. Facials are designed around each client's skin and use non-toxic, plant-based products. A hydrofacial cleanses, exfoliates, extracts and hydrates in a single visit, with no recovery time. Vibrational healing combines sound healing with Reiki. No prior experience is needed, and clients remain fully clothed. The salon notes that this service supports medical care and does not take its place. Guests who are pregnant, who have epilepsy or a history of seizures, or who have a pacemaker or an implant should let the salon know before booking.

Sustainability shows up in daily operations: eco-heads at the shampoo bowls to conserve water, plastic-free caps and foils, hair clippings composted at local farms, leftover color upcycled, and packaging and aluminum and glass recycled through local partners. The refillery lets clients bring their own clean, closed container or buy one on site, then refill shampoo, conditioner, body care, natural deodorant, laundry detergent and more, priced by weight. The first refill purchase includes reusable bottles, and returning an empty bottle earns 10% off every refill. Appointments are booked online with a credit card on file, which is not charged until after the service. Changes or cancellations with less than 72 hours notice are charged about 50% of the service price, and no-shows are charged in full. An eco fee supports the salon's sustainability work.
