Facials are the core of the menu. The Teen Facial is designed for ages 12 to 19 and focuses on sensitive and acne-prone skin; it runs an hour and costs $80. Adult facials come in three tiers. The Signature Organic facial opens with a complimentary consultation, a deep cleanse, an exfoliating mask, a skin analysis with a follow-up plan, extractions when needed and a customized hydrating repair mask, then adds LED light or facial rolling, serums, SPF, a lip and lash treatment and a massage of the arms, neck, face and shoulders. It can be requested as a back facial at no extra cost. The Loyalty tier adds advanced exfoliation and one more modality, while the Enlighten tier adds oxygen therapy, microcurrent or an eye treatment, two more modalities and one spray tan per month. Listed prices run from $100 to $120 for Signature, $120 to $140 for Loyalty and $140 to $160 for Enlighten, with loyalty-member prices at the lower end. Chemical peels are also offered.
Lash and brow services include brow clean-up, brow and lash tints, and lamination combined with tinting; a lash and brow combination is booked in one two-hour visit. The lash lamination uses a cysteamine-based lift product with a botanical conditioning treatment and a black tint, and according to the business, lift results last six to eight weeks and tints last four to six weeks. Organic spray tans are applied after a moisturizing prep spray and come as a single session or a package of four. The business describes its spray formula as botanical, odor-free, orange-free and streak-free. Waxing uses Nufree Finipil, a botanical soy-based wax, and the business describes its hair removal approach as gentle and natural, with anti-microbial and anti-bacterial wax. Several waxes have member pricing.
Hours are Wednesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service. The loyalty program has no contract and no automated payments, with appointments every four to six weeks, one skipped appointment allowed per calendar year with advance notice, 20% off a service or product on a client's birthday, and $20 off a service for referrals. First-time product buyers receive 10% off, and each additional product purchase receives 5% off. Gift cards are sold for a future visit or as gifts.
