The practice was founded by Dr. Shudonica Garlington, a nurse practitioner with more than 18 years in nursing. Her background spans medical-surgical care, emergency medicine, rehabilitation and addiction treatment, and she currently practices family medicine. Over the past five years her focus has shifted toward wellness and alternative therapy, which shapes the spa's approach.

Services range from facials and chemical peels to injectables such as Botox, dermal fillers, Kybella and PDO thread lifts. Other offerings include teeth whitening, RF microneedling, laser hair removal, scalp microneedling for thinning hair, lymphatic drainage body contouring, and a medically supervised GLP-1 weight loss program. Facial options range from a basic customized treatment to a men's facial, a back facial, an anti-acne facial, an oxygen infusion facial and a collagen-focused facial. Dermaplaning can be added to several facial types.

Visits take place in a setting the spa describes as calm and relaxing. Wellness IV drip and vitamin drip therapy are also available, and the facility hosts events such as bachelorette parties, bridal showers and small gatherings.

The spa is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 5pm, and is closed on Sundays.
