Waxing is a core part of the menu, from brows, lips and face to arms, legs, underarms and back. Brazilian waxing can be done as a full removal, a strip, a triangle, or bare, and a Signature Brazilian adds a customized intimate facial aimed at breakouts, ingrown hairs, hyperpigmentation and uneven texture. First-time clients booking a Brazilian get a discount. Brow services include tinting, staining and lamination, with the stain lasting up to 10 days on the skin and lamination lasting up to 8 weeks.
The facial menu ranges from a 30-minute skin consultation and a virtual skin strategy session to the Enhanced Custom Facial, which starts with a consultation and skin analysis and then combines treatments chosen for the client. Those can include dermaplaning, hydrodermabrasion, chemical peels, extractions, LED light therapy and massage, and the appointment length determines which are included. Back treatments include a shorter cleansing and hydration facial that can be paired with a back wax, and a longer corrective back facial that should be booked at least a week after waxing.
Advanced body and skin programs begin with a required consultation. Brightening treatments use the KRX Green Sea Peel to address hyperpigmentation and uneven tone, with a two-week preparation period beforehand and most clients working through a series of three to six sessions. Other programs include a liquid microneedling treatment using marine spicules, the Circadia SWiCH age renewal series with follow-up corrective facials, and a Hair Regeneration Treatment that combines paramedical tattooing techniques with a serum applied to the scalp by needle. The Hair Regeneration Treatment requires a consultation first, results are not guaranteed, and it does not replace a medical evaluation of hair loss.
Booking is subject to a few policies. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, with a $10 late cancellation fee for shorter notice and a no-show fee of 50% of the services booked. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, can be scheduled for delivery, and are final sale. Package credits and membership benefits apply automatically at checkout when booked on the services page. The business provides only professional, non-sexual services and will end any appointment where inappropriate behavior or solicitation occurs. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, and closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.
Each visit is set up as a slower, personal appointment, starting with a consultation for the more advanced skin and body treatments.
