The practice is open Monday and Tuesday from 10 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday from 11 AM to 7 PM, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. Online booking deposits range from $15 to $100 depending on the service. An in-person consultation carries a $50 deposit that goes toward any purchase or is refunded if no purchase is made. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, and approval is required before the appointment. A 15% fee applies to no-shows and to appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.

Clients who are unsure where to begin can book an in-person consultation, which takes about an hour and is used to talk through goals and build a personalized treatment plan. A free 15-minute virtual peptide consultation is also available for questions about services and products before a visit.
