Lash services cover classic, light volume and mega volume extensions, with full sets, fills and touch-ups, along with lash lifts, lash tints and lash removal. The lash removal uses a professional-grade remover that dissolves the adhesive. Brow services include waxing finished with aloe, tinting, brow stain that colors the skin as well as the brow hair, and brow lamination. Facial waxing covers the brow, lip, cheek, neck, sideburn, chin, nose and ear. Permanent makeup covers color boosts, everlasting eyeliner on the top or bottom lash line, lip blushing and brow micropigmentation, with corrective work priced after a consultation.

Skincare includes a 60 minute signature facial tailored after a skin assessment by an esthetician, and a 90 minute version that adds facial contouring, an extended massage and one add-on. Dermaplaning and chemical peels are also offered, with the peel addressing texture, tone, hyperpigmentation, melasma and fine lines. Add-ons such as LED light therapy, gua sha massage, cryo wand massage, and eye, lip and hand treatments cost $20 each and cannot be booked alone. Clients who use acne, retinoid, skin brightening, acid, retinol, salicylic acid or antibiotic products are asked to check with a dermatologist before waxing.

The studio also offers lash training: a self-paced online Classic Lash Course covering technique, ergonomics and consultation, a 60 minute virtual one-on-one session, a 2 hour behind-the-scenes observation session, a 4 hour in-person one-on-one training, and a 4 hour in-person group session for two to four participants. In-person training covers workstation setup, tweezer grip, lash retention, ergonomic posture and portfolio building, with supplies provided.

Consultations run 15 minutes for lash, brow, permanent makeup and skincare, with a $25 fee applied toward the service; they can include a patch test for clients with allergy concerns. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours notice, and late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled services. Children are not permitted, and clients who are not satisfied should contact the studio within three days of the service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available on bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment.
